One Jacket, 12 Looks
Last night I attended an exclusive event with Boden to launch their 'Smitten with Britain' Pop-up Store in SOHO. It was fun to meet other stylists, network and explore the brand's new collection. Boden is a British fashion brand known for its colorful prints, polished yet playful aesthetic, and classic wardrobe staples with a cheerful, modern twist (as you can see in these photos from the event!)
Boden so generously gifted me a piece from the collection to wear to the event. I chose a classic jacket that I knew could be styled in many different ways. I spent some time in my closet on Wednesday, styling the jacket with pieces from my own closet before I concluded on this look.
In doing so, I really saw how versatile this jacket was and knew I had to share it with you! Today's newsletter catalog is a great example of the work that I do with my clients. I am always teaching my clients how to wear pieces in multiple ways that support different aspects of their life. Think the same jeans styled for work and date night, the same jacket styled for the sidelines and lunch with your besties. Being able to style a garment in at least 3 ways is important to make sure you are getting the most out of your wardrobe. It's not something I expect my clients to be able to do on their own, which is why I do it for them in their lookbook! Today's catalog is a great example of what that would look like!
