Getting dressed for work is about so much more than clothing — it’s about intention.

The way we show up visually often impacts the way we show up mentally. What we wear can influence our confidence, mood, energy, and even productivity. When we get dressed with purpose, we naturally step into the day with more focus and clarity.

What we wear isn't about dressing for who you are today — it’s about dressing for where you’re going. When we dress intentionally like our future self, we begin to channel her and become one step closer to our goals.

So often, we wait until we reach the next level in our career or life before we allow ourselves to show up differently. But your wardrobe can actually help bridge the gap between where you are and who you’re becoming. Your future self already exists in your mind — your clothing should support that vision.

You can utilize your wardrobe as a tool to reach the next level- I've seen it done countless times. So why is it that many of us don't? It's not enough to be good at your job or be skilled... you need the image too. Chances are there is someone else out there just as good at your job but also has a strong and confident image to make them the more obvious choice for the promotion.
